Butterfly valve for gas: DVGW gas approval

The AK210G wafer-type butterfly valve has been specially designed for gas applications. The body is made of GGG40 (EN GJS 400-15) with an epoxy resin coating, the disc is made of stainless steel 1.4408 (CF8M) or GGG40 (EN GJS 400-15), and the sealing sleeve is made of NBR. The butterfly valve is DVGW gas certified and is therefore suitable for fuel gases under G 260 (-20°C to max. +60°C).

All butterfly valves from 2A ARMAGO Armaturen GmbH can be easily automated thanks to the standardised (EN ISO 5211) mounting flange, which we will also be happy to do for you. The AK210G is also available in the flange-mounted version (LUG) and has the type designation AK211G. The butterfly valves are available as double-acting and single-acting pneumatic actuators. Fergo offers butterfly valves with electric actuator AC/DC 24V – 230V – 240V – 400V. The standard electric actuator is the latest J4C actuator. The J4C actuator offers more options (battery pack, positioner). Other actuators are available on request.
